Are you aware that there are other sectors, not just energy?
And no, I am not talking about Technology, or (God forbids) Cryptos.
There are a lot of bank preferred stocks with par value of $25 that are currently selling below $20, and some are even around $17. Most of them were at $25, or even slightly above - before the Fed started hiking interest rates.
I started buying them for the first time about two weeks ago. What I learned so far was that there is a really good chance of stink bid order getting filled. I near panicked this morning, but fortunately I can't trade pre-market, so I watched them going slightly down at the open, but much less than I was expecting. By close of trading, all except one were up.
