Re: So just who is going to pay for Coastal Gaslink cost increases? Joe, I dont understand your point. Why would the producers be on the hook for the cost of the pipe? They sell the gas at the gate. They are not paying for the pipe, they just on the hook to provide certain volume of gas and if they dont, possibly pay a penalty. please elaborate. |
