The easiest way to deal with balooning costs is to amortize over more flow. Anyhow, except for Shell, every other investor (60%) is a NOC here for security of supply. Now that the BRFN is resolved, the only thing delaying a FID is resourcenacquisition. Why let the targets benefit from rampant speculation? Better to buy resource before announcing Phase 2.
