I shot one a while back.  It didn’t eat our chickens but damn thing was so fat, four times as bigs as yours. It had been eating more layer pellets than the chickens had. I shot it one day when it was walking around during the daylight and showed absolutely no fear of me. That wasn’t natural and made me nervous, especially with our small dogs visiting the yard numerous times daily.
