Red, it's my understanding the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) is completed by TXP and then submitted to an independent committee that formally sits down to review the application and then once satisfied it approves the EIA submission to the EMA (Environment Management Authority).  The EIA submission now supports the company's application for a Certificate of Environmental Clearance (CEC) to carry out it's development at the Cascadura area of the Ortoire block to the EMA"  It is my understanding the company is considering applying for a CEC for all of the Ortoire license which would require a new EIA be submitted to the EMA.... so yes the work is done as the EMA has accepted Touchstones EIA and will by the 15th or earlier rubber stamp the CEC and that's as confusing as it reads...
