Dooms board is successful because he runs a well managed board. He is flexible enough to allow conversations to run but knows when to put an end to them and knows which conversations need to be stopped sooner rather than later. He also has no problem getting rid of posters that do not follow the rules after giving them more than fair warning. This board can grow from what it is but you need a good moderator for it to do so. I am not saying anything against any current moderator as I don't even know if this board is moderated. (can't remember). Just why dooms board works.
