EIA-914 for November-demand was much higher than product supplies in weeklies...againTotal oil demand rose 0.1% in November compared to consistently lower in weeklies by 7-9% for many months Gas demand fell by 2% Distillate demand fell by 3% - vs. both were lower by 6-10% consistently in weeklies Jet demand rose by 6.5% vs. fell in some weeklies. I have posted such BS based on jumped number of flights (not seats but flights). As a broken record - the main problem was that EIA reported not demand, but product supply in weeklies, but traders used such data as adjusted demand with faulty conclusions. October and November - 2 months in a row....and in prior months. But inventory builds were correct...low demand season plus disruptive weather this year resulted in lower refinery inputs. romm |
