AKUS tender offerAKUS is about to be acquired, closing imminently. Tender offer for $12.5/sh, plus one CVR expired last night. Will folks who buy today (i.e. do not participate in the tender offer) still receive the CVR? Trading price says yes, but hoping someone can confirm. Thanks for any info! |
