some good and bad luck todayFirst the good luck: Entered a buy order for 10.18 when I should have entered 110.18. Either my broker didn't present a warning, or I missed it completely. Got a much better price later in the day! Then, the bad luck: Went short SI (Silvergate Capital) earlier in the day and watched it turn against me. Decided to close it out 4:38PM for a nominal gain. Then, at 4:50, Bloomberg ran a story about the DOJ investigating them. Talk about bad timing! Gotta take the good with the bad, I guess. Unfortunately, it didn't even out in this case! Hope the market has been kinder to you out there. |
