With $1.25M in recent purchases of Pfd D, Ed can now convert those into approx 4.5M new Common shares!  ($125k/.28=~4.5M)   .....and  @ $10/Sh...Ed will have some very serious tax planning issues!    Wonder if he knows a good CPA?
