When will PBIO take off? I'm answering this question purely from a technical perspective. At the moment, early investors in PBIO have the floor to themselves. (You might consider this to be a lucky omen). I've been tracking PBIO trades and the largest trades I see are 5-6K shares at most, representing $10-15K investments. That's peanuts. I'm looking for repeat trades of 10K shares or more as an indicator of deeper interest in PBIO from heavier hitters. Because of PBIO's status as a micro-cap stock, with only 11M shares outstanding, most funds are unable to buy shares. Someone wanting to drop $1M into PBIO today would not only end up owning darn near 5% of the stock (requiring SEC Form 13D), but also would move the pps significantly higher in the process. (Funds want to be able to invest large sums of money without disturbing the pps too much). So...once PBIO gets its financial house in order and increases its share count, the decks will be cleared for bigger investors to enter the stock. If you feel PBIO has a bright future, consider this period of time as "getting in on the ground floor". |
