Stool Liss LD /agrochemical big $ potential and summary (ttc) answer to BS

Here’s how I just answered on the other board..
A couple things for all you guys. 1) there will be no more reverse splits as long as our big investor who for gave 10.1 million of his debt for $2.50 preferred shares that he’ll never sell. Probably has another $9 million in debt not sure the exact amount. He is a friend of the company and probably wants to be over $2.50 a share trading for at least a little while before he does the list debt forgiveness equity move. We need tradable shares for the NASDAQ when we do up list and a reverse split is not an option because it hurts the stock and we promised our biggest investor.…2) we made a commitment to the big investor not to do it again. We also made a commitment to him not to raise money for shares of stock under $2.50 a share.
What really matters and I’ll bring up to you guys again what if the Bioavailability Results are much better than anything ever encountered in the world and with a safe hydrostatic water pressure and plant base emulsifiers and keeping in mind this technology works on many types of oil base products…snd 3) is question not a comment…what is that UST technology by itself worth…not counting the other technologies the company owns intellectual properties on?
