Strong Buy
Stock structure explained in more detail
First of all every publicly traded company has outstanding shares, shares in the float, and a fully diluted number of shares…now of course, even with all the dilution the number of shares we have is very low compared to any company. You probably follow. What’s more important are the warrants and preferred shares make up the backend number..pretty sure most of the preferred shares are in the hands of people who have never sold one preferred share or even their common shares. Then the lowest price warrant that hasn’t expired yet is a $3.50 cash warrant..meaning they have to pay $3.50 a share out of their own pocket and if, and when they do the money goes directly to the companies, bank account…usually nobody considers doing that until the stock is at least one dollar above the strike price and stays there consistently so another words you could worry about those shares hitting the market when we stay well above $4.50 a share and I don’t think you’re paying that much right now for the undervalued stock trading under a dollar a share today. keep the faith and good luck to all.👍
