I agree.  This smoking gun of emails or whatever is has never been made clear.  Also unless its illegal what does it matter ???? If RIO are nasty and try and get it on the cheap but as long as they haven't broken the law I don't see what DIAM can do.

 

From PANOW to me it seems like DIAM are trying to present themselves as the victim but also trying to push RIO back to the table for a 'business solution'. 

 

Serious question chaps what might I expect for my shares ???
