Rate-reset preferredsDoes anyone hold any of those? I have a few, and they have been resetting in the mid to high 6% range. But their share prices have been hit hard by all of the turmoil, and inexplicably, by rising interest rates, apparently. If bank rates start to fall, any of those that are resetting in this time frame should look pretty attractive, and provide some hefty capital gains? Am I missing something? TIA |
