What she is doing is setting the stage - she knows that Albertan's have just about had enough and so here bill will put what Alberta feels are Alberta's rights on the table and if Junior and is side kick commie buddy Singh don't deal in a way that Alberta see's as fair, then the next step may be to move towards "Sovereignty Association" . What "Sovereignty Association" means is retaining all the rights of an independent country while maintaining a common currency and some other aspects of a common Canada. This will mean that the Canadian governments power over Alberta become vastly reduced. Like I said, she is a very Smart women and Junior and his Commie buddy will have some hard choices to make! ;-) Right out of Quebec's play book!
