If they would have spent all that money, they would have had a deficit 14.4 billion higher than projected.
 
What they did not spend on Covid, they should have spent elsewhere in health care.
 
I am sure Junior spent a fortune on green stupidity.
 
Defense always gets screwed - nothing new with that. Junior bought Ukraine a bunch of new armored vehicles while our boys get to drive 50 year old cloth covered Jalopies!
