Verde Agritech
Just saw a story that a member of the BOD of Verde Agritech had a margin call that resulted in him selling almost 180,000 shares. Some of you may remember this is one of the problems that the late Aubrey McClendon had at Chesapeake Energy. He had purchased millions of shares on margin and became a forced seller which took the stock price down for all the public shareholders.
