I think Diagnos' strategy of taking a "piece of the action" in many of their recent deals will prevent a quick and cheap low price takeover that might otherwise be likely in view of its small market cap of about 30M.

I also think it speaks volumes about Diagnos' confidence in their ability to produce RESULTS for their clients.
