Haven't seen anything official, it sounds like it has to be finalized, he previously mentioned Japan and nothing official is yet to be released there either.  These things take time and nothing is generally released until everything has been finalized.

 

By the way, after hours IMGN is up another $.15.  We may be due to retrench again, but perhaps not yet, perhaps $16 to $18 before we do.
