The market performed poorly today largely because of Powell's remarks that more interest rates lie ahead. This drives people away from stocks, including Biotech, because they can get a good return in fixed interest investments. This will eventually resolve, and I think some of the upcoming events like the 3rd qt numbers will overcome this. If there was bad news, it would have come out already.
