All solid points. Investors never get transparency on these deals,
 
unfortunately. As far as CRV , I somewhat thought there might be 1 tagged
 
on to the deal. Having said that, several bio's I've had that were taken out
 
 
 had CRV's  issued . Ten years later , those CRV's are sitting in my
 
accounts . Dead money. 
 
On the Goldman front , I noted that the top PT for the coming year was
 
$25 with most sitting at $16-17 over 8 analysts opinions.
 
Interesting to me , on Nov 15,16 and 17 there was whale activity :
