Re: And now the SEC is going after Paulson for fraud.....We'll see.
It also remains to be seen what action the SEC will take against GS, and whether GS will play the 'panic in the streets' card as Paulson aledgedly did before the SBC.
What would the SEC do wrt disposition of any disgorgements? I would expect GS to use its army of lawyers to tie this case up for as long as possible.
