Sorrento got a big win in Houston bankruptcy court today. Patrick Soon-Shiong,Nant and their short seller minions got their heads handed to them by a no nonsense judge. PSS was trying to get representation on the bankruptcy committe and lost miserably. Seems like this sets up Sorrento to make asset sales (like SCLX), collect the recently awarded 125m arbitration award against PSS and puts it in a great position to win the big prize... the 1 billion dollar+++ 'catch and kill' fraud/breach of contract lawsuit filed in CA in 2019. Maybe Ji had a plan afterall.
