They slowly are are but shares are still in short supply. The longer you keep it low, the more people get disgusted and let go of their shares. Borrow rates are still almost 300%. This will continue until an external event forces their hand to finally kill it or concede. The first possibility is an announcement tomorrow at the Scilex annual meeting, next would be the end of the bidding process and sale of some or all of SCLX. Of course there coud be a negative announcement or no/disappointing sale. The assets are there, but unlocking the value is hard in this environment. Like I said in another post, put your quarter down and spin the wheel. Anyone who says they know how this incredibly complicated web of SRNE, SCLX, SCLXW, CELU will resolve itself is deceiving you and/or themselves.
