Yeah I saw the article. The article is correct. If they deconsolidate those balance sheet holdings it moves the debt and the depreciation OFF of their balance sheet and P & L and greatly changes the scene on the clarity of the company.
It's not an easy feat. They want to get a good deal, and any entity willing to make the investment knows this, so there's some negotiating power on the side of the buyer.
Capital is tight right now, which makes it even harder.
