I had a 21' swing keel sloop I was trying to sell.

 

I took a guy out for a "sea trial" off Marina del Rey in LA.  The day was perfect and I played the part.  We had a strong wind blowing and I got that sucker heeled over so far I was standing level on the starboard gunnel with my right foot and the other on the port seat.  We was a shipping water up to me ankle we were.  I was a whoopin n a hollerin whilst the buyer was laughing his ass off.

 

We got back to port and the guy gave me full ask price plus $100 for the ride.
