listened to the chat after completing my night shift at WMT and taking a GED class on Public Trolling, I have to say that HES did not commit to going alone with the 2012 commercialization. She used a set of standard phrases, i.e. "... if the right opportunity occurs... we'll partner; otherwise, we continue to move to the commercialization by ourselves as we already have MFG capabilities...". She did the right thing by not cornering herself into a single option. That should give her (Kirk) a stronger position during the negotiation.

The other thing that I find interesting is that they would not expand the list of the treatment centers for 3005 (she called it 2005) beyond the current centers (and maybe NCI soon?). I understand they want to conserve the resources and focus on 2012 while keeping 3005/3006 programs going at as low speed as possible not to lose the patients. But in my opinion (and I stated it before), they just want to keep these two programs until 3007 shows some real efficacies (if it does). Then, they'll pull a plug on these and focus on 3007 (or, maybe start some other trial). That's my take. 

Overall, there's a progress but it's not as fast as most here expect and desire.
