But by vaccinated in this case I meant primarily as having at least received one dose. Because after that you can only have the same vaccine or mRNA and not NVAX.

You are right though, there is a big variety of states depending on doses, vaccines, age, how long since the last one, the amount of NAbs... But authorities everywhere have simplified it so it's easier to handle it for practical reasons (mainly).

Hopefully (if the covid is still with us as it seems) the following years it will be similar to the flu one. You have the (bi)annual one or you won't be vaccinated. We will see as the mess the CDC has done (and for that matter almost any western country) is hard to understand.
