I don't think B Gates will forgive 700M. This is what going to happen according to me

1) Arbitrator will ask Novavax to pay 350M to GAVI. Arbitration means give to both
sides to come up with a resolution.
2) CEPI will ask Novavax to refund 399M that it got to purchase Praha. Novavax is
not delivering vaccines to LIC Countries.
3) Novavax will file for Bankruptcy as they do not have cash.
4) Bill Gates will buy Novavax for pennies.
5) Bill gates will fire all of the garbage Novavax employees and partner with J&J,
Merck or Sanofi with BP executing the vaccine development.
6) He will sell vaccines to poor countries for free and request HIC Countries to
contribute by buying some vaccines from novavax.
7) Merck or J&J will make Novavax CIC a commercial success in US and Bill gates will
make billions every year.
