I think that all makes sense - I’ve said for so damn long - NoVax is a garbage operation & unless it’s acquired, definitely bankruptcy in the cards, all equity wipe-out, though existing equity will get heavily diluted first. The company is a joke.
I cannot believe this is what happened to NoVax over the last 5years - what a profound waste of time and money invested!
