Re: NoVax Won’t Declare Bankruptcy; NoVax Will Just Further Dilute EquityThat is precisely what I said they would do if necessary to fund the phase 3 portion of the CIC Trial…HOWEVER, there was a new development…the company has recently been suggesting they would be open to PARTNERING on the CIC…this would reduce the potential INCOME from a successful CIC product in say, 2025, but it could eliminate the need for dilution in the interim…either way one could reasonable make the case that the CIC results in May/June will have a huge affect on the stock price… |
