In accordance with the terms of the Series D Preferred Stock, the January 2023 Series D dividend will be payable in cash in the amount of $0.19531 per share on February 15, 2023, to shareholders of record of Series D Preferred Stock as of the dividend record date of January 31, 2023. The February 2023 Series D dividend will be payable in cash in the amount of $0.19531 per share on March 15, 2023, to shareholders of record of Series D Preferred Stock as of the dividend record date of February 28, 2023.
