Normal blood pressure. Good diet. I don't smoke.
Heart disease was unknown in the US prior to the 20th century. It's another disease of western civilization, that is, the Standard American Diet.
"Let's change that to a severe, life-threatening accident."
As I have noted previously, that's when you really need western-style technology. However, while you're in the hospital recuperating, you will be fed SAD.
P.S. If I had written the article, I would said that doctors in the US get paid for their performance, both good and bad.
