Definition of Peer Review for an Anti-vaxxer.
An anti-vaxxer constructs a study in such a way in order to get the results they want and then sends it to their Anti-Vaxxers Peers for review.

"Constructs a study to get the results they want" was good enough for the MRNA EUA's so why not for this study.
The same can be said of the jabbers peer reviewed studies.
If your point is that peer review doesn't mean anything then I agree.
But your point is really that a peer reviewed study is important as long as it confirms your views and worthless if it calls your views into question.
