They can appoint an interim for the time being until a hire/vote at next AGM..Me thinks it never happens to go that far as I see MDT making a move before that ever happens.At least that is what my research says and my opinion..TMDI is in a stall period with filing deadlines while MDT wraps up HUGO IDE Trials...goes back as far as 2019 Spring when someone told TMDI to create a position and title for Zaring..The rest falls into place.One thing MDT will not and can not do is tell TMDI how to manage it's burn rate.That was/is their problem.MDT Has their own problems.See how it plays out as TMDI is no different than ADMP as to the unknowns at .10 ...Management,shorts,and market conditions put them at ,10= ps.Want another 1/2 dozen stocks same situations.Reminds me of USA shutdown whereas small businesses merged or closed while the largest survived.The same applies here imo to USA Stock market..Thanks Roll
