Dis's Theorem of Nine

As I was in bed last night trying to fall asleep I played around with numbers
in my pea brain and discovered my "Theorem of Nine". It is "The difference
between two numbers containing the same integers arranged in any order can
be divided by nine evenly". I think it is pretty interesting since the chances
of that using random numbers is 11% (one in nine). As a for instance try:
91 and 19
726 and 267
and
91827364 and 46372819.

The explanation that I came up with is that the difference between any of
individual integers is evenly divided by 9 regardless of the slot in which
they are placed, eg, 700 - 7 is 693, divided by 9 is 77, 20 - 200 is -180,
divided by 9 is -20, and 6 - 60 is -54, divided by 9 is -6.

Lord only knows what tonight will bring . . . sheep counting?
