And that is exactly my point. The ultrasound systems control the temperature with chillers, and every emulsion will have a specific temperature as it's sweet spot. Some emulsions may/will not need temperature control. Every system that introduces pressure to the process also introduces elevated temperature to that process. Nothing from the Company, or the Pumptards, is ever verifiable.

 

Over the last 36 months PBIO has issued 89 sec filings: 3 10Ks, 9 10Qs, and 11 8Ks--- the rest of the filings are about stock ownership (form 4, etc.) and housekeeping. Of the 11 8Ks 5 are about the Cannaworx nonsense that never came to fruition, and 2 were about forbearance/standstill agreements with lenders. There was nothing ever remotely about technical breakthroughs or business/partnership agreements re the myriad press releases of partnership signings. Why is that? Maybe it's because they could be punished for lying in an SEC filing. Could that mean that some of the other nonsense that the put out in press releases and sponsored articles is less than honest?

 

Could all the Form 4s submitted indicate the their goal is to sell stock, and the rest is to support that goal)---I used to work (for a very short time) for a micro-cap OTC company that did just that.

 

Nothing about PBIO has been verifiable for years, and they are very careful to not put material information in SEC 8Ks where it belongs.
