Great question. Product or politics. C&C needs to stay out of politics.  

 

BE didn't even start with patent protection on the world's best jewel, but their market cap is 20X C&C's. That is mainly due to C&C's mkt cap being orders of magnitude below where it should be by now (years ago). Does/has one company have/had less effective management ? Difficult to find another explanation.
