Do you have an estimate about what amount of value is dwindling year by year as the mortgages continue to be paid down? I guess another way of saying this is that management's delay tactics for reasons such as buying back Fortress surely has caused losses to the NOVC shareholders' asset value of the company. Seems to me management has caused losses to shareholders that cannot be recovered. Thanks again. JMOO |
