I've been reading "Outlive" by Peter Attia, MD... the history of CART-T, (in my case through former CEO Lawrence Cooper, MD at MD Anderson and ZIOP plus here and now Checkpoint Inhibitors which is semi-realtime on real cancer progress, imo only. Book is probably aimed at folks more like me than you all but some of you might enjoy...

Some of the preventive EARLY attacks at ALZ, heart, and Cancer is all music to my ears.
