FYI,

 

I voted no on Amendments 1 and 3.

 

Amendment 1 is for units for bonus rewards to executives.  Warren Buffett doesn't give out stock options so if stock options were such a good tool to reward share/unit holders he would do it.  I vote no on all stock options.  I realize these are non-binding but the votes should be.

 

Amendment 3 allows the general partner to issue new units up to 40 percent (?) of the total outstanding units to buy additional royalty rights without a vote by the unit holders.  I read the language of the Amendment and didn't see the 40 percent added so it may have already been in the original partnership agreement.  I am against betting the partnership without asking the unit holders to weigh in.

Am I wrong anywhere?  Other comments?
