Yesterday looked for MLP for replacement.
Sold just below 69. Already have enough OKE shares.

conservative tax deferred investment.

Very few safe conservative MLPs left.
Most companies' revenues tend to fluctuate and
some perceived as good, with a recent history
of distribution increases, have a history of
having cut them. Not EPD.
And ... I realized, if I like the new OKE, I can always
buy shares later, since my sale price is considered
to have been close to the intrinsic buyout value.
So, I gave up on not selling at the high today of
69.5. I couldn't take the risk of selling at the "perfect" price.
