NG pricing...
continues to remain weak especially in the western region as Rockies and their southern counterparts are experiencing pricing problems from over production and decreased demand. The Permian and San Juan hubs are buying gas for about $4.80 as of yesterday. That equates to five to ten cents distribution for SJT eg.
If nothing changes we are headed for a storage figure in spring of over 1700bcf(which would eclipse the old record by far).
I write as a warning to not become bullish because unit prices are down. There is a reason for it. And that reason continues.
For those who are interested in Canroys I would posit that the Canadian buck now is less than the dollar by more than twenty cents which means your Canadian distribution of a maple leaf is worth eighty cents US.
