Re: Aimco halts dividendWith the payments received in 2020 which included 100% collected in Nov. & Dec... so more information seems needed to explain why ..how ... the coronavirus pandemic incurred $4.5 million prevented dividends to be paid. No insurances for this ? Prime reason for a REIT to exist is the dividend for investors seeking revenue . AIV low price could see it drop even lower. Stay tune.. ***PinewoodsBear*** |
