Cute rhyme, tho' Buyers are fighting over my treasuries, 2 yr yield fell off the proverbial cliff, and I'm loading 2 yr noncallable fdic CDs at 5.12%, 2 yr now 3.59%, broke below 200d yesterday $UST2Y at stockcharts tda is a mess, those who answer phones must be taking schwab calls and ignoring us oldtimers, they have not switched me over yet. I need a new desktop computer, 8.1 lost support and mine is getting buggy. CDs get fdic insurance, sipc covers stocks, and Uncle Sammy directly covers bonds/bills/notes unless they ignore the debt ceiling. They can't let the gubbernment fail, can they? Banks are crumbling, even some bigs. Oh, Glass-Steagall, how do I miss thee? Muchisimo! I'd settle for dodd-frank at this point. Biotechs? Market-agnostic? Hmmm, you tell me My microcap athx lotto ticket got great news from fda but w/o a partner STAT it's in the outhouse, and not on top of it. Medic! Code Blue! |
