Not to my knowledge. The press release had this in it:

>Detailed information on the proposed mergers will be contained in proxy materials with respect to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders expected to be filed in the coming weeks.<

I understand the 2022 annual reports cite July 31 as the end of the fiscal year for these vehicles, so there may be nothing till after that. I had missed the notice in January and I just ran into it now.
