Re: How did the SEC pass this pos?They filed the GGI-Contract, in it's entirety, detailing how they scrooed-the-pooch? Link please? I highly doubt that...the SEC uplisted this pos w/o requiring the largest material-event to be disclosed, mark another for the SEC?
