Orladeyo patent protection until 2039Needs repeating as there is a lot of misinformation on various message boards.
Orladeyo patents (just to be clear) from the BCRX 10-Q dated June 30, 2020: On May 5, 2020, we announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued a notice of allowance for a new composition of matter patent which extends patent protection for ORLADEYO in the U.S. market by four years through October 2039. |
