Re: Pre 14-a for Annual Meeting filed--one more attempt to avoid a R/S?Not sure what to make of this other than if they do a reverse split to coordinate with news on the trials or partners, this might be a way to raise funds to further other projects. Or it is their way to avoid someone coming in and taking over by buying shares to take control of the company. However, I am usually way off... I have only been in this stock since 2003 :( |
